위치가 해운대 한 가운데 중심부에 자리잡고 있어서 달맞이 고개부터 마린시티, 센텀까지 다니기 너무 편합니다. 그리고 청결도가 높고 관리가 잘 되어 있어요. 무엇보다 직원분들 친절하고, 센스있게 대응해 주세요. 미소장착은 기본, 따뜻하세요. 특히 추위가 한파 수준인 날이었는데, 담요 요청하니 바로 가져다 주시고, 라지에타 작은 사이즈도 무료 대여가능합니다. 난방 너무 빵빵한데, 제가 추위 많이 타서 요청했어요. 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 프론트 직원들 너무너무 친절, 따뜻, 신속하게 대응해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 여행이 행복해 졌어요. 체크인 & 아웃할때 라운지가 너무 크고, 층고가 높은 공간이라 사람이 많이 몰려도 여유가 있어 넉넉했어요. 비즈니스 센터도 라운지 연결 되어 있는데, 프린트도 가능함. 여행, 업무 모두 기능있는 중견 호텔, 다시 오고 싶어요.
